Lieutenant-General Pavel Nikolaev - head of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Department of the Republic of Tatarstan, Colonel-General Igor Oder - Head of the Southern Regional Center of the Emergencies Ministry, Colonel-General Igor Panin Head of the North-Western Regional Center of the Emergencies Ministry, Major-General Sergei Solopov - Head of the Department Economic Security and Anti-Corruption Department of the State Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow.
