Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said earlier that this year the message will not be held in the Kremlin, as the St. George Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace, where the head of state has read the message in recent years, is currently under repair. Peskov promised to report on the specific location of the message later.
At the request of RBC to comment on whether the message will take place in Gostiny Dvor, the presidential press secretary replied: “We will confirm it in a timely manner.”
